This notice explains what we do with the information you share through makemesmile.in. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you send a booking request, we collect your name, mobile number, the reason for your visit, your preferred day and time, and, if you choose to give them, your email address and a note. We also record when the request was sent and a one-way coded (hashed) version of your internet address, used only to stop spam.
Why we use it
- To call, WhatsApp or email you about your appointment.
- To prepare for your visit.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the services that run this website (listed below).
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the website, stores booking requests and checks that the form is filled by a person (Turnstile).
- Resend delivers booking emails to the clinic, and to you if you give an email address.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Your clinical records, if you become a patient, are kept separately as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent through this website, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email makemesmile.in@gmail.com or call +91 99873 07369.
